How It Works: Service with 1 Year Warranty Extension

If you purchase a FOX Factory Service and send your suspension product in within one year of your purchase date, FOX will extend the manufacturer's warranty for ONE additional year.

Here is how it works:

- Purchase a FOX Factory Service from this webpage, be sure to include serial numbers for each product.

- You will receive 2 emails one with our order confirmation receipt and one you will need to print and include when you send in your product for service.

- Send your product in for service to one of our Factory Service Centers within 1 year of your suspension purchase date for a standard service at any FOX service center.

- Note this covers our basic service, should your suspension parts need replacement pieces or further work a quote will be provided to do additional work.

- The extended warranty is not transferable.
